On Saturday, December 6, bring your children to enjoy the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and a special workshop on American Ballet Theatre’s The Nutcracker, which returns to BAM in Brooklyn this holiday season! A teaching artist from ABT will share the beauty of dance amidst the natural beauty of the Garden. Explore the world of The Nutcracker, including magical waltzing flowers and busy bumble bees, through basic ballet instruction and explore flowering plants with Brooklyn Botanic Garden educators. No dance experience necessary – just bring comfortable shoes and good humor! Dance attire is also welcome.
Event is for ages 4-12.
